End of UK as free society RE: Tommy Robinson jailed for BS; released on bail.

the trial is still ongoing, what do you think his inbred fans wouldve thought if there wasnt a verdict at the end of the day? they wouldve went crazy

also the last part is key, it is about being innocent until proven guilty..... Tommy immediately assumes guilt

How is that relevant?

There was more than one trial, only the first trial is ongoing. The second one, the people he interacted with have been sentenced. Him interacting with them would not "get them off".

Second to the fact that you are on the juror tampering / impacting proceedings train, when that's not what he's been charged with, and "breach of peace" is an easy way to deal with him.

Also Im not even trying to defend muslims, Im just pointing out that there is more to worry about than just muslims
Tell this to all victims of rape, knife and acid attacks which skyrocket since the invasion facilitated by communists traitors.

Yes because the government exercises control over the courthouse itself thus limiting exposure to outside influences.

The very point of this thread is that the individual was standing in front of the courthouse and when the government exercised control over the courthouse by removing the individual, some people saw that as an abuse of government power.

So sequestration works when the government can control the environment. It doesn't work if they can't control the environment.

In the U.S. we have pretty clear case law on where people can be if they want to do what Mr. Robinson was doing and so we don't get these cries of "foul' when the violators are removed.

Controlling the front of the courthouse is one thing, effectively giving someone a death sentence when there are available remedial measures to rectify his harm is another.

I simply do not buy the argument that they were trying to prevent undue influence on the jury. The jury was deliberating and nowhere near him at the time. Then the cops come, arrest, try and sentence him in 3 hours to prison where he’ll probably be killed by gangs in prison. The whole thing is Dodgy

UK was never free. Thats why we overthrew them. You've always been a subject with no bill of rights or anything close to US constitution. They dont even have jury trials. Her majesties lords or whatever judge you. I bet Iraq is more free. You can have an AK47 in your home there

They're a minority now and causing a lot of damage to society. In the future there will be way more.

Downplaying is a common progressive tactic.

Exactly, less Muslims means less rape and less terrorism. An end to Islamic immigration and mass immigration in general. Deport any involved in rape, terrorism and Jihad. Simple really.

If no one was demanding that Tommy be jailed... he wouldn't be in jail.

<Prem973>
so the only reason that Tommy was arrested is because people demanded he be arrested? it had nothing to do with him breaking the law? cool story bro

and yes extremist muslims are damaging society...... I agree. So dont you think letting the courts punish them for their crimes wouldve been the best thing to let happen?

Fo real!

We freedomed the fuck outta them for a reason.

Conflating a prolific rapist and abuser of women, with a man who says some "unkind" things about Muslims.

That's funny, because the creatures Tommy is being villified for shining a light on, are also mass rapists and abusers of girls and women.
They're insane.

anyone who buys into the perennial social outrage and constant vilification of anyone who asks questions is fucked up.

the police mentioned breach of the peace in his vid..... but its a contempt of court charge against him

But was he already sentenced for what happened Friday?
I think its just his suspended sentence that he now has to serve, as he breached his conditions

as someone who has served jury duty.... this is fake news

its not as common as in America though

Literally everything in your post is wrong.

how is it not relevant?

outside pressures can lead to jurors changing their verdict

After reviewing the livestream per your suggestion it is clear that he was not arrested for contempt but for breech of the peace so this line of conversation is moot.

That said a potenially for protest after the fact without any suggestion that the jurors themselves will be targeted just isn't relevant to this inquiry.

But his conditions are only breached if he is convicted of a subsequent crime no?
well his suspended sentence was for the same type of thing he was arrested for on friday. he was also nice enough to provide evidence of it himself. so Im guessing that he made their job easier

dude stop watching infowars
(Reuters) - Young male refugees in Germany got the blame on Wednesday for most of a two-year increase in violent crime, adding fuel to the country's political debate over migrants.

Violent crime rose by about 10 percent in 2015 and 2016, a study showed. It attributed more than 90 percent of that to young male refugees.

That's right. He shouldn't have been arrested for reading a news paper. But because people wanted him arrested, he was.

The best thing to let happen would be preventing them from getting into the UK. For a long time the police were too scared to do anything due to progressive insanity.
