Yeah it’s prescribed, it’s called rabeprazole

I take one every pill day and it helps a lot
I wake up every morning with crazy acid building up
I pretty much have to sleep with my head propped up
And I had to cut out a lot of foods and drink, like coffee and alcohol
Eating lots of carrots tends to help for some reason too lol

I read you are not really supposed to be on this pill forever, but I’ve been about 5 years now daily.
I haven’t seen a specialist yet or had a scope or anything
Just my regular doctor prescribed

It can mess with your kidneys and liver. Take Milk Thistle for both, and make sure you drink tons of water.

Not really but I take daily vitamins and make a point to eat certain foods regularly for their vitamin content.
