passing tests doesn't mean you're clean. it simply means you're not taking what you were tested for.

such tets are not hard to pass when they're literally testing fighters for 5-10 substances out of many thousands.

Mayweather has allegedly failed 3 or 4 drug tests in the past. He makes Nevada too much money for the commission to do anything, or he pays them hush money. They even retroactively granted him an exemption for some "vitamins" he took before the Pacquiao fight, but they found out he took it when he flagged for a banned substance after the fight. Then he applied for a therapeutic use exemption and they granted it. They denied Pacquiao's request for an anti-inflammatory BEFORE the fight. Fishy? I think so.

More accurately, it is a very thorough testing protocol, arguably the most stringent in professional sports, but it is imperfect. PEDS will always be a game of cat and mouse.

No, it is banned in competition. There is a limit to prevent false positives. This is due to accuracy of the machines, and related to the residual nature of the substances relating to the "in completion" time frame.

So yes, the substance is BANNED. Read the WADA guidelines before saying something stupid.
