I’ve been bad about logging but I competed last weekend. Went 8/9 on my lifts.

squat 170 (post baby PR!)
Bench 110
Dead 203 (post baby PR)

first day back to training. Felt good to be back. Sundays I train with an old powerlifting friend so it’s 50/50 chatting/lifting
