Notes: Took wayyyyy too much pre-workout to try to compensate for having a long, tiring morning setting up my classroom. It was really distracting and made me feel sick. NEVER AGAIN. Was hoping to get a 5 x 5 PR but that last set of 5 was pretty gruesome. I was making all kinds of noises! Think I'm going to stick to 3 sets of 5 for a few weeks while continuing to go up in 5 lbs.

Notes: I have been severely undereating all week, probably due to stress. I really felt the effects of it today. I was irritable, starving but nauseous at the same time, and exhausted. I still hit a pretty hard 1RM. It's a little high but I'm counting it.

It's been a year since I've posted. I'm still weak and still fat. Just signed up for a powerlifting competition in 8 weeks to get myself moving. It'll be my shittiest performance to date but I needed to set a goal.

Notes: Little snowstorm today so I walked to the gym instead of driving. Was a good warm up! Didn't press much today. Pressing always hurts my neck and I felt it on the last set. I really have to work on my form on these.

Some leg extensions

Really wanted to squat this for a 5 x 5. It was just too heavy though which is kind of depressing. I don't think I can even count the reps today. I think many of them were high. Felt really good unracking it but felt so weak coming out of the hole. At least I can still squat my bodyweight for sets of 5!
