Furthermore, you understand that Strikeforce had a better HW roster than the UFC (as did PrideFC and Affliction) and Cormier entered (and won) one of the most stacked tournaments to date, and then moved into the organization with the weakest Heavyweight division out of the Four, but moved down because he was scared... Are you serious?

jones has a respectable reach advantage over gus.. and its gus, the person closest to his stats at lhw, that put up a decent fight against him. jon has always used his reach to his advantage in the way he fights, much more so than gus.

jon loves to use those long arms to prod other guys eyes, and people pick up on that and feel it is taking advantage of his reach and height to get an extra unfair advantage. that said i do agree, he gets called out on it way too much and shouldnt feel he has to move up. but it is more reasonable than you make it out to be
