Conor's done, he just visited the UFC Performance Institute

You know this man right here is like 42 years old, the oldest player in the NBA and still playing there. So much for A level athletes.

You guys are casuals and don’t understand shit, the UFC Performance institute specializes in 1 round fights, preferably 3 minute rounds and stand up only.

Take away takedowns and a few rounds from a match and Conor and Nganouis are fucking unbeatable

Sijara Eubanks blew her title shot on the TUF finale after she was preparing at the PI...

Also emil meek did both his camp before his last fight that he lost at the same institute

<6>

Is Emil Meek the least tough-sounding fighter name ever? Sounds like a character from Revenge of the Nerds or something.

Hes trained there since it started idiot.

Thats where he held his boxing camp for Floyd. In the countdown episodes for Khabib he was there several times.

Some ppl are just fuckin dumb man.

It's like people need to train out of their comfort zones. PI has all the bells and whistles, but it seems too easy. Idk

Phil Davis and his performance coaches would brag on camera about how his training regimen is completely 100% science-driven as opposed to dummie "push you to the limit" and "train your willpower" type of approaches [that are found @ places like AKA] and then we'd always see Phil Davis lose fights because he couldn't dig deep enough and be complacent in fights he's getting destroyed in.
