These fighters have to get it through their heads - you aren’t stuffing elite wrestlers. If they want you down, you are going down. Work on your offensive wrestling and BJJ offense and defense.

If you are fighting Khamzat, 90% of your camp should be you on the ground working on submissions, sweeps and defense.

I swear I didn't think for a second that the title might have a racist reference, and I find it silly that some people dwell on that.
