No, he signs short deals with promoters, usually 2 or 3 fights, and was going to go back to DAZN because PBC wanted to short him on his contract. PBC managed to scrape up the dough after he threatened to walk.

LOL @ wanted to short him.
He wanted $50 million to fight big Charlo after already decisively beating his twin brother. Haymon told him that he had to take an actual profitable fight against Munguia, and that's what he ended up having to do because DAZN wasn't going to pay for that shit either.
The guy is openly telling the world that he's done with legacy and just cares about extracting cash from promoters/networks now.
Honestly, he's had a long career and has earned the right to do whatever he wants. My only issue is him being allowed to masquerade as an undisputed champ when he has no intention of fighting the two most dangerous guys in the division.

Exactly. Just drop the belts, he also said he is a business man now and demanding 200m to fight Benavidez. He forced PBC to drag over a DAZN fighter and they still paying him but he clearly has zero interest in fighting David. Crying about the 25lbs just exposes his mind set even more. A champion that refuses to defend against the best for years is a fraud and not a real champion. That goes for any division against any top opponent.
