Only time I've had it was at Gwar's bar in Richmond. I was sick as all balls with a nasty cold and it sucked. Cocktails were good though at least and I like Gwar so not a wasted journey.

It's a little bite of this, then a little bite of that. It's pretty thick all stacked together. You can do the sandwich thing with fried nuggets and mini-waffles. Light honey drizzle, maybe with some hot sauce.

This is where it's at. Proper pulled pork with a dressing and pickled cabbage. They used to do pop ups and once a month at my brewery. Dammit they shut. Bet it's because I left.

Overrated for a long time. I remember all the hype about going to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in LA. Went there in like 03-04' and was disappointed at both their chicken and their waffles.
