That's because injuries aside, he IS the HW GOAT.

I see no reason to think that. He doesn't have the "puzzle" thing going on, a la Anderson, Jones, Cruz, etc. Cain has been beaten in fairly straightforward fashion by other fighters of his caliber. If he fought (and won) 2-3 times a year, or even once a year, perhaps he'd be in the discussion. But IMO, it looks like Cain's career has crested.
