Scientists say that you can gain 1-2lbs of muscle a month.......i'm inclined to believe them more than anyone on here.

Plus MMA fighters do a lot of cardio, thus limiting muscle gain.

If you just weighlift......you're going to build mucle faster.

that's going to taper off after a year or two. Otherwise do the math. That's about 15 lbs a year. After 10 years of lifting, you think anybody will gain 100-150 lbs of muscle?
