I use a cast iron grill pan...season the breast whatever way you want, then heat up a tablespoon of olive oil over 5 or 6 on the burner setting. sear the breasts about 3 minutes a side. have your oven preheated to 350 and pop them in for 16-20 mins to finish them off....use a thermometer to check if internal temp is 165 and Bam! perfectly juicy chicken breast everytime
