I fucking loved UFC 6 for a old school card, was pure violence.

Featherweight tournament semis and finals with Imanari tapping Maeda in the third round for the first Deep featherweight title. A lot of finishes on the card and a fairly green Mousasi with a very fast KO.

For WSOF's best fight, it has to be Gaethje vs Palomino 2, easily.

For event: WSOF 23 would be my pick. 23 had Gaethje vs Palomino 2, Branch winning two belts, Phoenix Jones, and an awesome Brian Foster KO. Cases can be made for WSOF 25 and WSOF 31 though.

I agree with Chandler/Alvarez 1 being the best Bellator fight.

For best Bellator events, I'll say Bellator 120. That event was tits. It had MVP beating someone decent, Ivanov vs Volkov, Tito sleeping Shlemenko, Will Brooks beating Michael Chandler, and King Mo calling Bjorn a "dickrider".

I could've said 131 but King Mo vs Joe Vedepo kinda ruins it for me.

This thread is overwhelming. I'm so bad at remembering what fight went down when and where. But Pride 33 is up there for best events ever.

Which patricular Pancrase event stands out, as a whole?
 
If nobody mentioned Pride Bushido 9 I'm going to be a sad man...

Pulver, Mach, Bustamante, Henderson, Hansen, Edwards, all on the same card...
Gomi/Kawajiri was probably the fight of the year...
Minowa/Baroni was the only dud

Also I'm not sure which event number it was but the WEC card Varner beat Razor Rob for the 155lb title and the card defended it against Hicks were both very memorable for me. Both had multiple title fights and even exciting undercards.

Also the 2007 Women's Open Weight GP holds a special place in my heart. Mainly because Modaferri and Coenen shared the ring with each other in the finals and I have a thing for both of them.

Can believe I forgot about IFC... Especially their one night tournaments. There's just something about fighting multiple times in a night.

With that in mind, the Superbrawl tournaments that Tim Sylvia and Barnett won were both classics, although I believe the Tim Sylvia one was a 2 night tournament. Opening round then rest the next night.
