Back to basics.

Wk 3/ day 6 - rest

Was supposed to do lss today but overslept and had to go to a Christmas meal a short train ride away.

Will do lss tomorrow instead of rest.
 
Wk 3/ day 7 - endurance

1hr of roadwork. 130-150bpm
 
Wk 4/ day 1

Barbell cluster. Bar only.
Push press, front squat, rows, bench press, shrugs, Romanian Deadlifts.

1 X 50. 2-3mins rest between each.
 
Wk 4/ day 2
1 hour roadwork. 130-150 bpm.
 
Wk 4/ day 3

Rest.

Was supposed to do an hour's run but procrastinated until it was too late.

Felt terrible about it afterwards but thankfully the programme im following has some built in flexibility that'll allow me to stay on track.

I'll swap Fridays rest day with what I should have done today and carry on.
 
Wk 4 / day 4

Barbell cluster 1x50.

Push press, front squat, rows, bench press, shrugs, Romanian Deadlifts.

2-3 minute RI
