Almost a year since WME purchased the UFC, Do you think it was worth the price tag?

Ferttita brothers made a steal TBH,

WME got caught up with the Conor hype and thought Rousey would bounce back as a superstar

What do you think

You don't evaluate a huge investment like that after less than a year you moron, they haven't even negotiated their new TV deal yet, stop acting like you have a clue about business when you're stuck in a basement talking shit.

Guys like this moron are everything that's wrong with sherdog, sitting in his basement thinking he knows what goes through the minds of billionaires and huge business owners.

WME only overpaid by a couple billion tbh. Is normal.

Fuck WME. I'm glad they got conned.

In 25 years when fully grown Ronda Browne is snapping everyone's arms to a viewership of 40 million a fight... everyone will realize the price was worth it.

You have 0 clue how much the UFC makes off all of its international TV deals and PPV.

People only focus on ppv numbers....when the real money is in the TV deals and syndication.

Live sporting events are becoming the main reason most people don't cut the cord from tv.....so expect the UFC US tv deal to be a big one.

Lmao you're an idiot.. it's obvious the fertittas pulled the biggest legal heist in history.. the UFC is spiraling south , WME is needing more money to cover the loans, etc. pretty obvious that the UFC wasn't worth even a billion dollars.. hell, for 4 bill they could've bought the cowboys and pats. Pretty sure that in 2-3 years , the fertitas and Dana will be buying the UFC back for less than a billion dollars lol

Sweet Pea...U won against ODLH

The Fertitas absolutely clowned those nerds @ WME.

Some Italian American mobster casino bosses just sold a depreciating product to some marketing nerds for 4 fucking billion.

They built the UFC from scratch, made a tonne of dough from it, then sold it when they took it as far as it could go, for way over the odds.

Take a bow Lorenzo.

I respect the mans hustle.

Maybe, and that's certainly how WME is betting. But ESPN is feeling the strain of their NBA contracts and have laid off hundreds of workers. Other sports networks have noticed and are likely wary about overpaying for content.

I'm also the CEO of a big company and I wouldn't have bought it no.

The uFC is dying and WME should've spent his money on hookers and blow instead. Would've been a better investment do the numbers it's not rocket science.
