80 of the 80/20 equation

Yesterday involved a pizza, pepsi, a couple pirates and some phosphoric acid.

I didn't track my calories. Bah, cheating. It was good. Gave me a tummy ache but I now see the psychological benefit of 'cheating' It was nice not to track all this stuff for one day.
 
I forgot this on the last post.

Update: BW 269 lbs (122 kg) Which means I reached my goal of being in the 260's about two weeks earlier than planned.

I took yesterday off from tracking food as well. I didn't cheat. I just didn't track it. I felt like I needed the time off from tracking for the weekend. It did do good for the mental thing. Not that I condone going off and using this as an excuse if anyone should read this in the future. I just didn't track it.
 
Trying to slowly up caloric intake. Yesterday was at 18xx. Today I am slated to go 2200. I hope this helps. Because right now between low calories and lack of sleep, I feel like I could be doing so much more.
