Africa is the exception to the norm. The problem is I don't think they have the infrastructure to support their population boom. If you're in the business of selling weapons, you can make a hefty profit from all the conflicts around farmlands and water.

The empowerment and education of women is the most important course of action in reducing population. How would you empower the women of Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Afghanistan, or any ME or any of the African nations.

Much like black rights was implemented by a large majority of the white 73 % of the population. To gain what you want you would need to have the vast support of the most powerful portion of these cultures population.

The power lies with the male due to the harshness of the country and the difficulty in surviving. Mike Bisping summed it up well, woman aren't just weaker they are a considerably (a shit load) weaker. The rights western woman have are an illusion based on the relative safety of our countries. They have these rights because men allowed them to on a basis of fairness, and fairness is itself an unnatural concept.

To enable change you actually need to educate the men first, improve the quality of life and than educate and empower women. To think otherwise is to ignore the facts and live in an imaginary world.

As for your religious views I agree to a point but there are whole cultures in western countries banging out babies for the sake of it and religion has absolutely nothing to do with it.

There are plenty of families in churches with just a couple of kids and the early days of increasing the religious populations are almost over. I think the churches were allowed to promote this as wars need meat, no cost besides crime as there was no welfare and now our world is safer pressure is being applied by the state to reduce.

You want woman to have more rights educate the men. The country needs stability and safety and than you have a foundation in which the woman will be allowed to have rights.
