Yup. Carne Adovada with Red Chile on Over easy eggs with Pappas and Beans. This is from a place downtown called Baca Boy. It's good as hell.

If I'm going out, I like eggs benedict. If I'm cooking I love doing a Chinese sausage fried rice, but really like doing Cod Mornay. I even bough Mornay dishes which are straight out of the oven to the table boiling hot.
