Walk Hard is the one for me. It does a great job of pointing out the pompous grandiosity of most of those musical biopics while being more entertaining.

Kung Fu Hustle isn't a spoof. It's comedic, but Stephen Chow loves martial arts cinema and for as much fun as he has he also injects a lot of serious pathos into the film and his character's redemption arc. Kung Pow! Enter the Fist should be on the list in its place. That's my #1 spoof.
