looked up the nutrition facts on it...0 fat, about 35 calories low on sugar and carbs.....

i might have my new fruit dip as well a mixer with my steel cut porridge

It's probably full of artificial sweetner.

If you must get it, get the plain without any flavors or fruit added. That is where all the preservatives and sucralose come from.

But you are better off with a top of the line Greek yogurt.

@ original poster- if you want the sweetness as well, what I do is add a little of Torani sugar free syrup (know for coffee) to plain Greek yogurt. Then it's just a little splenda you're adding instead of all that other stuff as well.

Also, while ***e and chobani brands are amazing, the generic Greek yogurt from Kroger or Walmart doesn't bother me much and fits into my college budget better.

I can vouch for Kroger. That's the "store brand" here @ Fry's in Phoenix. It waters up a little more than FAH-YAY, but it's good in a pinch.

Never heard of that particular Yoplait, here are the ingredients.

Plain: Skim milk, milk and whey proteins, modified corn starch, active bacterial culture, gelatin, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, made with vitamin A & D fortified skim milk.

Stirred with fruits (including vanilla): Skim milk, fruits, milk and whey proteins, modified corn starch, active bacterial cultures, gelatin, pectin, natural and artificial flavours, lemon juice concentrate, concentrated fruit juices (lemon, watermelon), lactic acid, sucralose (14 to 27 mg according to the flavour per 100 g serving: 25 to 47 mg according to the flavour per 175 g serving), locust bean gum, cinnamon, citric acid, guar gum, sodium citrate, colour, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, potassium sorbate. Made with vitamin A & D fortified skim milk.

I also don't like yogurt with fruit already in it. I just buy fresh fruit myself and add it to plain yogurt. Fresh fruit tastes better and you don't get those other fillers. One thing I like about Yoplait is that it is one of the few major yogurts with Vitamin D.

I like Chobani Greek yogurt. It has fewer ingredients than Yoplait and tastes better imo. Ingredient list:

Milk Non-Fat Pasteurized Cultured, Cream, Active Cultures :, S Thermophilus, L-Bulgaricus, L-Acidophilus, Bifidus, L-Casei
