It'll be interesting. He's walking into a stacked locker room, that quite frankly, doesn't need him at all. Far cry from when he left the Cena show. His ego is gonna get one hell of a check, once this honeymoon phase is over. It's probably good that he's gonna start out as some arrogant heel(at least that's what I got from his promo), and play into that messiah complex, so the fans can actually turn against it. I think that's the best path forward for him. Just have him play the scummiest of heels, that attacks the fans' other darlings, because they're stealing his spotlight.

It’s not the late 90s, but the E is pretty fucking entertaining lately, been loving the new star power the company has built on for 3 years, and now another big name shows up at one of the big 4 ppvs, things are starting to feel like they should in such a major entertainment giant.

It’s great, because Roman like it or not has a schedule that is befitting of his stature in the landscape, you NEED to burn your top rising stars (la knight) and guys the magnitude of a returning CM punk to make him showing up even matter. So while guys who’ve been busting their asses might get leapfrogged, they got the play-world title that Rollins holds to pass around while the marquee names can do proper business.

Whole cards fill out all the way to mania boys, everything is gonna feel great

The ppvs are more entertaining now than in the late 90s. I’d say the best they have ever been. Go watch most ppvs in the late 90s, a lot of terrible stuff. Shows/ raws in late 90s were def better and more exciting though.

Whether the critics would want to admit it or not, the E had a lot to work with and have been moving the pieces in their game very well for about 4 years now? It took some time but yes slowly I think the quality of the ple’s are starting to actually live up to SOME of the production they pour into them
