Why do you want exciting fighters like Storm and Cooper to get layed on by a blanket like Carmont. Bellator doens't need that. Bellator is in the business of putting on exciting fights.

Just have him create an anti-American "La Resistance" angle with Kongo and have him cut a few promos waving the French flag. He'll be a top heel in no time.

I've never thought Shlemenko was anything special. Yes, he can bring the violence when he fights limited fighters who play into his game but he and his teammates seem to not give two craps about wrestling or BJJ. I remember one time Shlemenko said that he wanted to represent pure strikers in MMA. Well, this is what happens to pure strikers. They get submitted with the quickness.

because hes russian and theres a horde of posters here who have a boner over everything russia

no one is as willing to be ko'd or go to sleep the way the russians are, they have a kill or be killed mentality like no others, which makes for for entertaining athletes.. that is why people have a boner for russian fighters.. obviously there are exceptions for and against.. but there arnt many russians who pull guard and butt scoot or lay and pray.
