WSOF doesn't look like a company that going last much longer, would you want see Bellator purchase the fighter contracts if they go under. Coker made similar move when he was able to buy the Elite XC contracts, i think would be great for MMA to have a real legit #2 org for fighters.

If they were going under, yes.

no doubt, pretty much everyone would and should. besides maybe cc cause he just wants everyone in the ufc

I'd be cool with it except for Moraes and Gaethje, as long as they ended up in the UFC Bellator could have everyone else.

What a terrible thing to want to see the best guys in the top org fighting the best.

Much better to have guys fight lesser comp in minor league orgs so we can all argue over how that fighter would do vs the best and where that fighter stands in the div.

Thats so much better than actually settling it in the cage.

Bellator is moving from weekly to monthly.

Time to trim roster- not add to it.

I know wsof lose money on all their gates but has there been rumors of them calling it quits?

If contract were acquired id like to see Moares & Gaethje fight Dantes & Chandler/Brooks and when contract expire have UFC & Bellator go into bidding war for there service

Whats funny is Slongkong/Dirtybird from mma fighting talks about me wanting guys in an org when this guy fucking begs fighters on twitter to sign with Bellator.

There nothing that been reported yet about closing shop but few things that have happened lately

- Seen few fighters complain on twitter that there not getting fight, Steve Carl said he hasn't been able to get ahold of anyone from WSOF for 2 months and is desperate to fight

- Going head to head with UFC & Bellator on Saturday night is good way to fail

- Doing PPV is another major way to fail when there not getting great rating on cable

- Releasing fighters to UFC & having champ like Marlon telling every major mma site that he wants to be in UFC when he just signed extension

One thing to keep in my mind, UFC & WSOF have always been friendly and if they do go under UFC would prob get first shot at purchasing the contracts.

Yes of course. I can see Coker wanting to get the likes of

Miguel Torres
Tyrone Spong
Jake Shields
JZ

Chandler vs Gaethje would be insanity, that the one fight i would want see most if purchase happened

Agree'd i'd go with (undefeated) Chandler, but would be a lot of fun. I'm excited for Chandler vs Brooks too. At the time I wasn't excited for it, but now that the opportunity has past, i'm disappointed I didn't get to see Brooks vs Alvarez.

What evidence have you got that they are going under?

My tin foil hat has been predicting they were set up as a shady way to get fighters contracts reduced but with a pipeline to be rebought bought by the UFC.

You really think Bellator is going to spend the type of cash to just take the roster?

SpikeTV isn't giving Bellator that much money to blow. To be honest?

I'd rather see JG/Moraes in the UFC and then you got Shields, Palhares, Fitch? Lima gets beat by all three. Do we really want to see that? Okami/Branch versus Halsey would be fun.

I just don't think that WSOF has the names that Bellator wants/needs to grow. So would Bellator really break the bank to sign them?

Doubtful.

If it went under I'd assume some would head to UFC and then a few would be signed by Bellator.

I'd assume UFC would take most the ones that matter. Obviously Bellator doesn't have the funding to just purchase WSOF.

They said they are gonna bring more stacked cards. There's a handful of crap fighters to get rid off and to add the best WSOF into the roster.
