Just the preparation alone is incredibly difficult I would think.

I personally wouldn't do it, I'm very clumsy when I get tired. I probably would fall in the crevasse. lol

How about you guys? Would you ever want to climb it?

Or have you already?

No but I'd like to watch a live stream of Bezos, Tim Cook, Steve Jobs's corpse on a sled, Musk, Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Trump and many other rich assholes making the trek up. We can redistribute their wealth to poor communities around the world after we pay the Sherpas to leave them stranded up there.

Nah. I don't think I've ever thought about that ever in my life.

Im obsessed with Everest.

I would never do it. I'm in my 40's and I put other people's lives at risk for just attempting it.

I love reading about it,watching documentaries, and the Everest movie,of course.

No, there’s a lot of trash left behind by all the climbers in the history of climbing it.

I would only climb it if I was there on a campaign to clean up.

No, never. I have a friend who is a tech climber and has done crazy summits like this though. I'm fascinated by it but wont do it.

I support this message lol

Also y'all should read about the race to be the first to see the north and south poles.

Raold Amundsen was a savage. The Fedor of finding shit in cold places.

No, that doesn't sound like fun.

No. Cold, thin air, life threatening. Expensive. I do like Mud Runs and Spartan courses, and mini Iron Man stuff. But those are fun.

No. I don't go to places where actual corpses are used as way finders.

Well what if 'es sleeping and not really dead? He might spring up and ask ya for some spare change.

Nope. Nope. Nope. 1,000 times no.

First off, I am really bad with the cold, so I probably wouldn't survive a fraction of the trip.

That aside, I went down that creepy rabbit hole once (that we all do sometimes) and wound up reading about all of the Mt. Everest deaths and seeing pictures of corpses. It made me wonder why tf would anyone do that?

I get it... "Yay, I've been at the highest point of the world!" It seems like high reward, super high risk!

There are some people who actually made it up, celebrated too long, then died on their way down. And when you die, your body is stuck there FOREVER with the rest of the dead people in a snowy grave. Your body will never be retrieved, and that will be the last of you. If you're lucky, your body will become a marker like Mr. "Green Boots".

Just remember every dead body littering Mt. Everest was once a highly motivated person!
