For those that don't follow Strongman, Mitch is a wonderful athlete. He is really only a year or 2 into Strongman competition and is already the best in the world. He is also much lighter than many athletes and still has as much static power and all around great athletic ability

He has also run marathons among other athletic feats prior to his strength career

Dude definitely is an athlete. I would love to see him and Licis take a year or 2 and really train grappling. Or even Thor. I think Licis might already have some BJJ?

I know some don't like these crossover videos, but for those that do, enjoy

Also my apologies if this has already been posted

I enjoy stuff like that, I'll watch it when I get home. Meanwhile, here's Dustin and Brian Shaw. I don't know if Shaw is still relevant though, I haven't watched strongman in a while. Shaw is massive btw, geez.

He just finished his last Worlds strongest man contest and he is competing in the Shaw classic, which I think may be his last?

Yeah Shaw is a behemoth, just like Hafthor, who also has some training videos with Gunnar Nelson and another hobbyist black belt

I've seen those with Gunner too I think. Is strongman still on ESPN?

I think I remember seeing him before on someone else's channel. I believe, he is Canadian from what I recall. Though, he does have a funny accent.

I think he can be much more successful than Mariusz Pudzianowski in MMA based on how well he understands the basics of how to leverage strength and size.

Great to see a bald man doing great things, and looking good doing them. Tho, that might trigger sherdoggers.

Pat looks in pretty good shape still, and Rose seemed like a great trainer.

Thx for sharing.

Brian just retired this year, but he's promoting his own events in strongman. Has a great YouTube channel and is a huge contributor to the community.

Bald, that alone disqualifies all his accomplishments. Michael Jordan is another bald-o we need to remove from the Hall of Fame. Also, this world's strongest man guy has too much fat to qualify for a Sherdog account
