Will the UFC bring back Ryan Bader?

exactly as expected, he basically told Ariel he was talking with them. He can fight in Japan for a few times vs comp thats not elite which at his age is where he's at. He can win that Rizin title and end his career there.

Bader got KO'd stiff by Machida's straight left when he was like 30. Now I love Machida, but he belonged at MW. Imagine an old Bader eating a hard shot from Aspinall, Pavlovich, Lewis or Ngannou now.

He could beat some HWs on the UFC roster but would be on the receiving end of some highlight reel KO's, just like his first UFC stint.
I remember Anthony Johnson absolutely handling him in short order a few years back.

I recall Glover Txeira KOing him as well.

Imo he should retire. He had a good run and is probably still a very high level but now he needs to take care of his aging body and mind.

Bader is an above average sized HW and Anthony Johnson made him look small.

RIZIN seems a good spot for him. The best HW in the GP is probably Augusto and it's not like he's some monster.

Rizin would be cool. Specially in a one night tournament.

He can't hang at the top level in the UFC so no point in that.

Bader is a good signing to help Rizin build up their HW division

Two of the fights at the weekend were boring but the Ueda fight was great, gives me some hope for the Semis. Would be nice to have an org with a fun HW division given the shitshow in UFC atm
