Back in February, it was announced that while Anthrax was rehearsing at Studio 606 (Dave Grohl's spot), a love triangle between Dave Grohl, Charlie Benate and Scott Ian transpired and they covered a Bad Brains song - The Regulator.
Dave will be on drums and vocals, Charlie will pick up the tab on the bass, and of course Scott will be on guitar. They plan to press only 3000 copies and it will be dropped on 4/20 (Nat'l record store day)
While I don't own a turntable nor have I ever been a Bad Brains fan, I'm half tempted to throw my email into the mix to see if I can't snag a copy of this limited release.
Only because of the musicians performing on this.
Thoughts? Or should I wait until the Japanese bootlegs come out with abstract Nirvana and Anthrax B-Sides? <Lmaoo>
