Why isn't Michael chiesa fighting?

He last fought in January almost a year ago. Since of that no news. He also said that he will "only fight up in the rankings and not down". No news about him being sidelined by an injury also. Is he just enjoying his analyst job life and put fighting to the second plan ? Very weird

Good question. Some of these contenders don’t seem terribly motivated
