Why hasn’t the UFC got Brian Ortega’s height/reach correct?

The kid is massive and i personally feel as a coach & trainer when studying & training for an opponent you keep those dimensions in mind. Then seeing a completely different version fight week or in person makes adjustments extremely difficult. Also spare me the you can tell how big someone is on tv/tapes etc, bc you can’t.

Brian: listed as (multiple outlets vary, sherdog 5’9)
Height: 5’8
Reach: 69in
Google search: reach 74in

Max: listed as
Height: 5’11
Reach: 69in

Can you imagine Edgar’s team taking this fight on short notice, finding last min training partners around 5’8 and then this monster comes walking through the door on fight week lol.

Believe both Max & Brian will finish their respected careers at 170 by the time it’s all said and done.

Can’t wait for this one!!

Why would a coach need exact dimension when there's a bunch of footage of him actually fighting lol

We dont know how big he'll be.
He hasnt reached his final form yet.
 
Saw him at casino this past weekend he’s no taller than 5’8. Was kinda surprised how short he was to be honest

Met him in person and he’s taller than me

What do you mean that aren’t standing next to each other lol? Is Brian a card board cutout in this pic? He might be a little forward but that’s not changing the overall picture that drastically. He’s a big boy, taller than 5’8 and certainly longer than 69in reach....multiple sites have him listed at different heights and reach. That’s a fact
 
Ortega will beat Max. If he can make weight. His head/ skin are made of adamantium. Over 5 rounds he finds the sub or KO.

he is 5'9 you moron. he looks 2 inches shorter. he is closer to the camera. when they are shoulder to shoulder, he is clearly 2 inches shorter.
 
He only has a few inches on Edgar and he's around 5'5 or so.

that means you aren't 5'9. he looks the same height as latifi who is exactly 5 foot 9 and he isn't even a proper 5 foot 9 actually. romero is 5 foot 10 or 177 cm.
