I guess both are athletes, but at the same time you have 5 star restaurants and you have McDonalds. I mean it's all food yeah, but there's clearly a finer quality here. I hope someday the McDonalds tier broadens their horizons, they're missing out on things

I like mma as a sport but feel like the guys fighting just aren't doing it right. They need to start paying main eventers better and they wouldn't have people like me bashing them for putting out a low quality product.

He always stuck to the script and took things that didn't belong to him including shots. He was a good p l Ayer though, he played defense at least. He just chucked a little bit which is why he stayed at five. After Gasol none of the younger guys who were taking over the league wanted to play with him. I can't blame Howard for dipping out since LA was an absolute sinkhole at the time and still is.

Never understood the whole "mma guys are barely athletes, D level at best".

I've known UFC rejects that can deadlift/squat 3x there bodyweight, run a sub 5 minute mile, have incredible flexibility, and train a high contact sport 20 hours a week.

I would hardly call them D level athletes......
