There is a time when a company outgrows certain people. I understand that he is a big share holder but why do we need to see him bad mouth fighters and employees and media? At this point he does more damage than good to the company.

Dana just takes all this shit because he's the one that addresses the fans and media. He's the face of the company but doesn't have the final say in most things.

Hunter Campbell is the one behind the scenes doing everything that fans disagree with.

No that's not true. Just because they are business professionals doesn't mean they can handle mma and UFC landscape. You can't just grab any MBA graduate and expect them to run the UFC. What Dana learned on the job and his knowledge of mma/UFC can't be learned in school. The business professionals may know textbook business structure, but they won't know mma/UFC business. That is the difference. There is a reason why all other mma promotions from the past didn't make it except UFC and while others are still struggling to get close to UFC.

That is the reason why Dana was part of the purchase. Dana had to stay on as the president or else they weren't going to purchase UFC. If they could replace him with some random business professional, they would. They were smart enough to know he's needed.

Yep dana also builds the octagon, tells the ring girls what round it is, lots of crazy stuff dana has to do. Thats why he can’t pay fighters more, he has such a tough job man.
