I think they aren't worth the price. There's barely enough meat on them and the little that they do have is mostly fat.

How dare you talk about ribs that way. Ribs aren't really that expensive.

While delicious, baby back ribs are justifiably expensive. They should probably be a lot more expensive. Do you have any idea how much trouble someone could get into for killing and cooking babies? More risk it- more biscuit.

Also, one needs a black belt in BJJ to make a proper coleslaw for the baby ribs.

Same reason chicken wings are expensive when they used to be dirt cheap.

Yea idk, they are a ripoff but damn good. I also do not know why mozzarella sticks cost so much. I got 8 at applebees for 7.95, cmon now... My manager at pizza hut said they got bags of like 100 for under 5 bucks.

Also why do spare ribs suck so bad compared to baby backs?

My dad always says this. He also says chicken wings were for poor people when he was a kid.

LOL my dad said the same thing. The wings used to just be discarded.
My Dad says the same. He said wings were basically the junk they were happy to get anything for instead of having to throw them away. My Grandma would go buy 3 or 4lbs for the grill and the cost was less than a pound of any other cut.
Look how small babies are. You barely get any meat off of them.

Reminds me of a story my Grandpa told me years ago about his Dad going to some function and it was the first time he had seen chicken wings served as a appetizer, but it was just the drummies and he thought they were fucking chicken legs. He told my Grandpa that was the biggest waste he had ever seen and couldn't understand why somebody would butcher a chicken that small lol.

Just wait to they are on sale and stock up. Alberstons will put them on sale 3 for 1. So i get 3 slabs for 20$,
