Fighting a complete beast in Cyril Gane.
Can we just give this man some easy fights???
To be fair I don't think JDS has ever been very technical. He's always thrown hooks, overhands and uppercuts and never really jabs or straights. To me JDS has always been a slugger with really fast power hands. He's just really shopworn at this point and not as quick as he once was.I love JDS but he's become quite sloppy recently, very telegraphed movements, that straight to the body he always does is nice but theres no doubt he'll just start swanging at some point when he loses control and it'll become a shit show for him... I really hope he goes for a takedown.

He definitely improved throughout his career.Fair, I thought he looked quite technical with his boxing and footwork in his Lewis fight, and in his more recent wave(post Cain) at least seems to have adopted more of a pick your shots style until he gets smothered. I think when he's trying to/ or knows he is control(ing) the fight he throws a lot of straight shots, jabs and such, but when he's in danger it all goes out the window.
This kinda shit

*Like* ran out.He definitely improved throughout his career.
But during his streak he was ripping prime with punches. Big torque. I'm a fan. I was rooting for him when he knocked out Cain.
