I've seen some females who looked hot from a distance but once I got closer noticed they had a Jay Leno chin, a huge forehead, a big gut, cross eyed, a giant nose, man hands etc. So I was thinking who is the hottest female alive or dead who had that type of negative trait. That model who has that skin condition where it looks like her skin is peeling off from a fire or the girl from the Addams Family movie who's forehead you could show a movie off come to mind.
