GSP had the MMA wrestling down, pretty amazing for not having a collegiate career.
Khabib was a beast.
DC was in the olympics and Hughes had a great collegiate career.
Those are some great grapplers, nice list.

Depends on what you mean by wrestler.

GSP in the center of the cage > Khabib by maybe a mile

Khabib against the cage > GSP imo, but not by nearly the margin

I give the edge to GSP due to the level of wrestlers he dominated in wrestling which Khabib cannot say the same.

I give Khabib credit though, his ability to drown guys once he had them down was second to none

Accomplishment wise, it's Henry Cejudo. One of the Cs does stand for Olympic champion

In terms of MMA wrestling, it's GSP and Khabib. What's interesting is that they both take very different approaches to wrestling but they are both extremely dominant

Man, recency bias maybe, but Khabib just crushed his opponent's will out there. You could defend his shot perfectly and he'd still power through and get you

GSP is more accomplished and has better MMA wrestling stats than Khabib. Khabib is probably the better wrestler. Pretty crazy when you consider GSP is a Karate guy.

That said, it's Jon Jones.

I reckon a lot of people would have DC up there and Jones outwrestled him in the first one when both were basically peak so I’ll say Jones.
