Who would be the UFC champ in each division if there were no MMA rules?

2 guys get locked up in the octagon for 25 minutes straight, no rounds.
OR normal 3 or 5 rounds, 5 minutes each. Whichever.

There is still a referee in there who stops the fight if someone taps, or deems there is too much damage.
So not a "fight to the death" type of gladiator ruleset where someone needs to be unconscious to win.

- allow back of the head and spine attacks
- allow eye gouging
- allow strikes to groin
- allow soccer kicks
- allow both hands choking neck

Basically street fight rules, inside an octagon with no hard concrete.

Most gladiators were actually very expensive. It costs a lot of money to train them and have them perform. So a majority of the time they didn't actually fight to the death.

Illa has good grappling as well folks just over look it because he kos many standing but he started as a grappler . If going by size I say Pereria , Ank , Frank, or Aspinall
