Who was physically stronger: Hendricks or Hughes?

Hughes is real strength. The kind you only get by working on the farm and hanging out behind the barn.

Johny lauchned people across the octagon. I think their force development for grappling is probably similar, but Hendricks was more explosive.

Hughes had better submissions though.

I’m inclined to say Hendricks but people forget how truly legendary Hughes’ strength was. He had a decent showing against Tito at ADCC, a guy who outweighed him by at least 30 lbs and was known for being strong 2 weight classes above Matt.
