He's good actually, he moves very quickly for a guy of his build which makes him fun to watch at times. However, I'm not sure just how good he is because the level of competition in that part of Europe (Moldova, Ukraine, Romania) is very poor at the best of times. Tybura is also one of those HWs that, while not being too good, can make prospects look bad on his day by dragging them into boring, wars of attrition. I'm expecting that here, but with Romanov sneaking the decision.
I think tybura beats him by decision. Hes been in there with better guys and I think it'll show late in the fight.
