Who has the worst cauliflower ear?

It seems like Dos Anjos has never worn headgear in his life considering he is only 31 and has both ear canals almost shut.

These 2 are also very bad


Who do you all think is the worst?
Is it possible to totally block your hearing AND, is it possible for surgery to fix this problem? I just find it odd that even after guys retire, they don't scoop out that cottage cheese covered in skin.

Side Note: if you are about to throw down with someone you don't know at a bar, instead of looking at their size, it is probably best to see if they have ear cheese before you throw a punch.
