But I don't see many girls using this (why?), from the few than have use it which one is the best doing it?

If we're limiting it to just MMA fighters, its hard to say. GSP would throw the superman punch with his power hand early in his career. He then developed it with the jab, which became extremely effective. He was definitely the best at throwing it as a jab.
