which shock doctor cup to buy.....

Shock doctor has the bioflex cup, Power Carbon Flex Cup, and Titan Alloy Flex Cup.

They all seem to be about the same design, and probably all feel the same, but do i really need carbon or stainless steel? Id hope the biofelx cup would be enough to protect my junk.

thoughts?

also, why dont they sell supporters by themselves? If i decide to get the titan i need to get something to hold it in, which is kinda retarded that they cant just throw one in with the best cup they make...

I prefer a traditional cup. I also dont like the pads and the fact that theres only 1 compatible pair of shorts. Right now i have 2 athletic supporters, and like 3 pairs of under armour compression shorts, so i never have to wear dirty shorts.

Ultra Supporter with Ultra Carbon Flex Cup

I use this and compared to another cup i have its good, the only complaint i have with it is that the jockstrap got loose from the straps that wrap around your butt cheeks and connects to the pointy part of the cup holder. I dont know if its like that because i washed it too much or something, but i sewed it up myself with a needle and it works perfectly fine now.

I don't spar full power...i use the bioflex.

I have some Under Armor jocks that come without a cup and they work fine with the Bioflex.

i dont either, 90% pf the time its used for grappling, so im guessing it can protect a soft knee to the balls pretty well.

The only thing im not sure about is the actual supporter itself. The carbon flex says its got x-fit and xstatic microbial lining and all that crap, but the one that comes with the bioflex doesnt say it has any of this, but looks exactly the same except for the color.

I have one of each, the bioflex cup cracked and warped when I took a knee to the groin, the carbon cup seems to be holding up fairly well, but the titanium cup is damn strong. Once my bioflex cup cracked I opted to move to the titanium, as my instructor told me how his plastic one broke once, and he got all cut up from the shards.

Bioflex is the weakest of the three, but it is still better than no cup. I switched to titan cup when my bioflex broke, it is rock solid and a little bigger than the bioflex.
