Which fighter exceeded your expectations?

Name a fighter that exceeded your expectations and proved you wrong.

I personally have:
Brandon Moreno after his fight against Figueredo, he proved me completely wrong. I thought he was gonna get steam rolled for 5 rounds or get subbed in round 2. I never expected him hurting the champ and having a back and forth war. I gained massive respect for him and I'm exciting to see the rematch in June!

The way Jared Cannonier suddenly turned into a killer once he dropped to MW surprised me, I always thought of him as kind of a so-so middle of the pack fighter.

I was kinda thought like that too.
I remember seeing him fight Chad and thinking that Chad is just out of his prime. Damn, he proved me wrong after the two Holloway fights.

This moment is gonna be hard to forget, that's when it became clear to me that he was the ALPHA in the division. His toughness, mental fortitude, and skill level was something to be feared. The way he made Dustin look helpless was revealing.
