Surely Soldic made a massive blunder in signing with ONE over the UFC.

It's now been more than 12 months since he last fought. Where the hell is he?

He’s trying to get out of his contract. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets out and signs with KSW, PFL or someone else.

I think he’s trying to get out of ONE to re-sign with KSW.

Good luck getting out of the contract. I love ONE but Chatri holds so many guys hostage to contract agreements that some even choose to retire instead.
Vitaly Bigdash proved it’s possible.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but depending on how much Chatri values you, and how many fights you have left it can be close to impossible to buy it out, hence some guys retiring instead of fighting, especially if you have four fights left and Chatri gives you one fight a year. Hopefully this guy can get out of it though.

Yeah, signing with ONE was a mistake. He kept talking about how he wanted to kickboxing which I'd have been all for.. but it hasn't happened

This guy is such a big what if.
If he signed with UFC maybe he would have also lost but at least get a quick turnover to still rack up some wins.
I really want the UFC to have serious competition but it just seems impossible any time soon.

Signing with ONE is just a career-ender. No one, absolutely no one, should sign with Chatri.

I remember when sherdoggers thought he would run through the UFC and he is the best fighter outside the UFC.

Fast forward, crickets.

Good and bad that may be the PFL.

They seem to be the only org currently willing to take free agents seriously. Now they just got to figure out how to bring it all together, attract more fans, and make money. You know the easy things <lol>
