It is spicy Mexican candy it very common in the west coast maybe in texas,colorado and NM too but if you are in CA or las Vegas you can find it all over.

Pretty good:
Rockets (Smarties in the US) - they grew on me
All kinds of gummy candies

The candy corn is the worst.....by far.

When I was a kid, it was rumored that those were most likely to be poisoned. Also, the kids got pissed because they thought they were being cheap. I didn't care. I grew up during the candy checking hysteria that arose from Halloween III.
