It’s a hard comparison. Super hero’s and villains tend to be larger than life figures capable of great things gifted with fantastic powers.
Compare that to mma fighters. Which are low skilled, untalented, pro wrestling wannabes.
Superhero’s are used in many ways like modern myths and fables to teach lessons and tell fantastic stories usually veering towards sci-fi. While mma is a pseudo sport marketed towards wanna be meat heads.

This comparison is like asking which bag of potato chips has the better strategic mind.
