I've looked all over and can't find a good answer. I don't like ordering stuff online them returning it because it doesn't fit. With that said, I want to know what size shin guard I should get. I am 5 ft. 11 in. 164 lbs. and my shin length is about 13-14 inches. Help me out I want to get the right size. Regular or Large?

These are the ones I am looking to buy.

Go for medium. Large would be a little too big on you, then it covers up your kneecap and it's just gonna be uncomfortable.

King shin guard:
size chart:

size S - length of the shin: 14.17 inch , length of the instep 6.29 inch

size M - length of the shin: 14.96 inches, length of the instep 6.69 inches

size L - length of the shin: 16.14 inches, length of the instep 7.08 inches

size XL - length of the shin: 16.92 inches, length of the instep 7.48 inches

It depends on the shinguard though. I think I am like 14.1" and wear a large in the KOFG's. It is probably best to go with the manufacturer's recommendation, and you will probably need a more precise measurement. Some measure from the top of the side ankle bone to just below the kneecap. Personally, I think if you measure from the top of the instep when your foot is bent at a 90 degree angle to your shin, and then up to the middle of the little bump just below your kneecap, that should get you more than close enough.

I am 5'5" and 145lbs; I have just started training Muay Thai and need to purchase some shin guards but unsure on sizing; what would you guys recommend?

Also if you can recommend a good pair of shin guards then that would be great. My budget is about

Pick up a Large, youll regret going medium after taking to many shots at the top of your shin/below your knee

Hi - I'm new to the forum. I'm looking to get some feedback about the sizing of our new shin guards. I've seen other brands use body height, weight, calf circumference, shin length and instep. I chose to use shin length and calf circumference only. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. See links below...

Thanks!
