The question is clear. Next week i have a competition and i want to know what should i eat the last days, the day before and the same morning of the competition. I am exactly in the weight and i can

Foods that will translate to good, clean energy are your best bet. Oatmeal, powerbars(lower sugar if you can find them), fruits, especially bananas and oranges.

The day of the tournaments (and day before) I carb load. Carbs are good for energy. I also really enjoy bananas.

Usually it's honey oat bread with peanut butter and chopped bananas on it. It's awesome, and really easy on the stomach.

Be careful at the NAGAs though, don't let the $6 delicious smelling chicken wraps tempt you. :p

Noob and James pretty much covered it all.

The heart of your enemys. Naw I had a tournament 2 days ago and I ate pasta for breakfast at 7am before going. I ended up having my first match at 11:30am and my last match at 4:45 pm. I didn't eat anything in between because I was constantly just waiting to be called for my next match. I'm glad I ate the carbs and it worked out well. I had energy for all my matches. If your worried about weight I would just eat fruit and bring something to eat right after you weigh in

make sure it's low fat, we don't need another "meeting a 5'5 170 pound chick" thread

and organic, a lot of vaginas have HFCS added to them these days.

One thing I haven't seen pointed out is don't eat something new and fancy on the same day as the tournament, stick to what you normally snack on before practice. Your stomach may already have a few butterflies and you don't want to be giving it something new that it might not like, unless you want to be a youtube legend.

Carbs and chicken, bananas, gatoraide

I recomend bringing ur own food enough to last u all day --cos u could end up there for at least 6 hours especially if your a higher belt, or if the tourney starts late which it my well do

I assume then that your walking around weight is typically below the cutoff for the weight clas s you are competing in.
Actually not really. Just the only tournaments I have fought in had weigh ins the night before.

why would you say higher belt? most of the tourneys ive been to go from highest to lowest. have you had different experiences?

I think bananas are the best pre competion food.
Also some sports drinks escpecially if you have been cutting weight is good.
