I had frequently spoke about how Fiz was the worst choice for a fill-in because it will earn Justin nothing, and was basically told to stuff it because it'd be exciting.

Less than 4 hours after he won and this thread has people not only calling for him to get booked for the same original fight, (meaning he's right where he was before beating Fiz, no different) but even calling for him to drop in the rankings and out of the top 5 and any title consideration.

This is why it should have been an opponent that mattered

Arman vs Gaethje. Maybe Olivera rematch. I hate LW, because I think guys like Dustin and Gaethje sort of been sitting on their rank, but they've beat the guys that they gave a chance. Gaethje is still damn good. He had a guaranteed title shot he threw away before losing to Max. Feel like he should be right there, if Arman or Topuria are out, then he's next in line to lose to Islam.
