Obvious answer would be GSP. But, considering he's not likely to stay at MW and fight guys like Rockhold, Romero, Whittaker, etc.

GSP wants this superfight and vacate MW? What about Bisping if he losses?

Both are good for the UFC.

The hero of the oppressed. The avenger of the down trodden. The King of Kings. There are no good guys left since the fall of Teh Chris. Georges is coming to set the captives free and all will hail him as the new Hero of All Time.

yeah becaue Bisping will fight guys like Rockhold, Romero, Whittaker, etc.

I wanna see how GSP looks against Bisping, if he destroys him then I wanna see him fight against other MWs, otherwise Bisping all the way.

GSP, especially since he probably has sold more tickets than anyone in UFC history.

The champ opened as an underdog to a smaller, four year retired, no-ko power fighter who has NEVER fought at mw. Tells you all you need to know about bisping.

Bisping would open up as a massive underdog to Whittaker.

Bisping isn't taken seriously as the best in his weightclass. Gsp was.

Gsp fought top contenders. Bisping has not even once fought a top contender as champ.

Gsp is better for UFC.

If I was running the UFC I'd be praying for a dominant display by GSP. Even if he drops the belt and returns to WW you have a huge money fight in GSP/Woodley and then have the option of elevating Whitaker's belt to the full championship. If he decides to continue as MW champ, you have GSP/Whitaker. Anything related to GSP is going to bring big money in.

Bisping likely retires with a win over GSP, and GSP's stock takes a nosedive if he loses decisively to Bisping.

GSP is under contract to fight the next person in line if he wins.

Bisping might just retire.

GSP. His contract States he must defend the belt.

I think GSP winning would generate more excitement for the division as well as for the UFC in general, which has lost some of its luster the last year or two

I actually expect both of them to retire together, whatever the results are.

The UFC needs another big star. GSP did huge numbers in the past and is a great ambassador for the sport.

GSP so they can have him call out Conor after he wins to screw over 2 divisions.

GSP because Bisping can't sell PPV's to save his tea. I think his best sales as a headliner are 300k.

There is no question GSP is not the draw he once was, tickets are not sold out for Saturday and PPV buys will be down from GSP's average of 700k. Nevertheless, he's a much bigger draw than Bisping, and outside of Conor the UFC doesn't have any stars.

Kinda makes you wonder what the point of this fight is besides making money

Just goes to show you Bisping really is a weak champion. No way in hell GSP takes this fight if its Romero, Weidman, Rockhold, Jacare, or probably even Whitaker

Rockhold was champ when GSP wanted to come back ... And was already in his MW bulk.
